The building runs a free shuttle from the lobby to Hoboken Terminal at set morning and evening hours. From there PATH reaches the World Trade Center in about 11 minutes and 33rd St in about 13.

What time is check‑in and checkout?Check‑in is from 3 PM and checkout is by 10 AM. We send check‑in details and directions before you arrive. If you'd like to arrive earlier or leave later, ask us: it depends on the cleaning schedule that day, and we'll tell you what's possible.
Is there a minimum stay?Yes. It varies by apartment, currently two or three nights, and the minimum for your dates is shown before you book.
Can we stay for a month or longer?Yes. You can stay for weeks or months, up to a year. Longer stays are priced with weekly and monthly discounts, shown in your quote, and stays of 90 nights or more have no taxes added.
What is your cancellation policy?A full refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check‑in, a 50% refund if you cancel at least 7 days before, and no refund after that. You can also cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of booking, as long as check‑in is at least 7 days away. You can manage a direct booking at /booking/manage.
How do we book, and is booking direct secure?Choose an apartment and pick your dates, and you'll see the full total, including the cleaning fee and taxes, before you pay. Card payments are processed securely, and your card details are not stored by us.
How do we get to Manhattan?From the Hoboken‑side building, a free shuttle runs to Hoboken Terminal during set hours; PATH reaches the World Trade Center in about 11 minutes and 33rd St in about 13. From the Downtown building, it's a walk to Grove St; PATH reaches the World Trade Center in 8–10 minutes and 33rd St in about 13. The ferry also runs from downtown Jersey City.
Which apartment is closest to the PATH?The Autumn and The Midnight (Downtown) are a walk to Grove St. The Golden Hour and The Sunrise (Hoboken side) use the shuttle to Hoboken Terminal.
Which apartments have a pool, gym or rooftop?Hoboken side: heated pool, rooftop, fitness center, sauna, game room and children's room. Downtown: rooftop and fitness center.
Do you host work trips and extended stays?Yes. We host work trips, relocations, project teams and stays of several months. Every apartment has high‑speed Wi‑Fi, a dedicated workspace, a full kitchen and in‑unit laundry.
